Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the Civil Improvement Plans Kingslane ADA Crosswalks & Lighting Project will be received by the Town of Gardnerville, the Owner, at their office located at 1407 Highway 395, Gardnerville, Nevada, 89410 until 3:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, December 18, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project involves furnishing  all labor, materials, and supplies consisting of preparation and placement of street sealing material on asphaltic concrete in the Town of Gardnerville. Areas to include around Gardner Park, Heritage Park, some downtown streets,with alternates to include the Town Hall parking lot, town trail system, and parts of Heybourne Meadows.

The Project consists of installing sidewalk on both the north and south side of High School Street as well as two new water services, the abandonment of the existing services plus all associated site work.  Bid closes Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
The Engineers estimate for this work is $42,625 for the base bid and bid alternate one.
