Bid documents may be examined and obtained electronically via Quest Construction Data Network  - Project #10207247  A nonrefundable deposit of $22 will be charged to log into the plan room to obtain each set of Plans and Contract Documents.

The project consists of constructing, furnishing and installing a new dock with ADA improvements, including boat ramp extension, paving and all other items of work per the approved plans and specifications.

The Work generally includes but is not limited to: Roadway reconstruction of approximately 2,780 linear feet of Industrial Way, various concrete improvements, such as, installation of sidewalk, replacement of valley gutter, median curb, commercial driveway or approach improvements, permanent patching outside roadway section, existing storm drain adjustments, striping and signage, and traffic control.

Sealed bids for the construction of the Gardnerville Station Site improvements will be accepted at the Town of Gardnerville office, 1407 Highway 395 N, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026.  The bids will be publicly opened and read at that time.

If  your trash day is Thursday, December 25, your trash will be picked up on Friday, December 26.
